A 49-year-old Centralia woman has entered a negotiated plea in Marion County Court to a felony domestic battery charge. Angelia Leidner of South Sycamore was placed on two years probation, given credit for 25 days served in jail, and ordered to abstain from drugs and alcohol with random testing. She admitted to striking a man in the face with a beer bottle.
A 20-year-old Centralia woman has pleaded guilty to possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine. Mabel Higgins of South Sycamore was placed on two years first offender probation, ordered to abstain from drugs and alcohol, and complete 30 hours of public service work.
