Congratulations to Mt Vernon grad Walker Brockhouse on being signed as a non-drafted free agent by the Houston Astros. Walker is a 2017 graduate of Mt Vernon. He went on to play baseball for both the Rend Lake Warriors and most recently the Memphis Tigers. Walker is 6-4, 197 pound right-hander.
