Five people were taken to the Marion County Jail on Monday and early Tuesday morning.
33-year-old Michael Lutz of Apple Street in Wamac was arrested by Centralia Police on a Marion County warrant for petition to revoke probation on a domestic battery charge. Bond is set at $25,000.
33-year-old Timothy Burton of West 16th in Centralia was arrested by Wamac Police on a Marion County warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine, with bond set at $5,000.
49-year-old Terry Woodward of South Brookside in Centralia was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a possession of methamphetamine charge. He remained in jail Tuesday in lieu of $7,500 bond.
59-year-old Faith Moon of North Broadway in Salem was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance. She posted $750 cash bond and was released.
57-year-old Robin Simmons of North Broadway in Salem posted $150 bond on a Wayne County felony warrant for deceptive practice. Simmons was arrested by Salem Police after they were called to a neighborhood problem Monday night in the Salem Mobile Home Park.
