State Representative Charlie Meier is inviting everyone to the ninth annual ‘An Evening on the Meier Farm.’

The event will be held on Friday, July 30th, 2021, from 5:00 – 8:00 pm.  There is no cost to attend and it is free and open to everyone.

This is a chance to meet Representative Charlie Meier and see his historic family farm built by his Great Grand Parents.  Charlie’s grandmother Christina Borgmann using mules, hauled all the logs to build this home.  Charlie has preserved many family antiques and tours of the home will be available.  There will be an opportunity for kids to have a tractor ride and see what it is like living on a farm.

Meier will provide brats, hot dogs, lemonade, tea, and water.  Please feel free to bring lawn chairs and spend some time with them. A tent will be provided and will be held rain or shine.

Meier’s farm is in rural Okawville.
