A 21-year-old Sandoval man had a bond set at $25,000 after being charged in Marion County Court Friday with residential burglary for entering into a neighbor’s home with the intent to commit theft.
Brandon Bierman of the 300 block of South Oak is accused of committing the burglary on June 20th. He was arrested after Sandoval Police completed their investigation on Thursday.
If released on bond, Bierman was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victims.
The public defender was appointed to represent him.
