A Wamac man has been sentenced to three years in prison for possession of under five grams of meth and felony theft.
James Garner of Gilmore Street will have to serve one year of parole when getting out of prison and given credit for 406 days served in the Marion County Jail.
The theft conviction is for allegedly taking a motorcycle in September of 2019. The possession of meth charge was also filed in 2019.
