The Sandoval School District has a new Superintendent.
Current Sandoval Junior-Senior High Principal Matt Dannaman has been promoted to the Superintendent’s position following the resignation of current Superintendent Rob Miller. He will become the Superintendent of the East Alton-Woodriver School District July 1st.
The School Board this week approved a new contract with Special Education Coordinator Rhonda Benjamin. The board also accepted the resignation of Special Education Teacher Christine Hollenkamp. A new three contract was approved with non-certified personnel.
The board gave final approval to the movement of the 6th grade to the Junior-Senior High School. The board was told last month the move would allow for a middle school concept.
