A 35-year-old Herrin man has been formally charged in Marion County Court with unlawful possession with intent to deliver 30 to 500 grams of cannabis and possession of under five grams of methamphetamine. Bond for Matthew Ingersoll was set at $7,500. Ingersoll was arrested after the drugs were allegedly
found during a traffic stop by Salem Police. He was a passenger.
