The KC soccer team lost to 8th ranked Heartland College dropping them to 4-3-and-2 to finish their regular season. The team obtained national recognition every week of the season highlighted by a #12 ranking. A huge honor considering the team has dealt with multiple season ending injuries and that 3 of the 9 games were against nationally ranked teams. KC will get a bye in the region quarterfinals and will play #4 SWIC at Heartland Friday in the regional semifinals.
