Judith Ann DeBoard, 79, of Centralia, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia. Judith was of the Lutheran Faith and was a member the Trinity Lutheran Church of Centralia. She was baptized on December 20, 1942 in Bethlehem Ferrin Lutheran Church and was confirmed on March 18, 1956 in same church. She was a graduate of Sandoval High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandkids. She also liked to partake in hobbies including reading, crocheting, and playing Sudoku and other puzzles. Judy worked for 33 years at Murray Center and was a beautician in years prior. She loved her fur babies. She will be dearly missed by her family and those that knew her.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2022 at the Trinity Lutheran Church at 11:30 am with Pastor Miguel Torneire officiating. Visitation will be held the day prior, Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home from 4:00 pm till 6:00 pm and a short visitation will held the morning the service, Sunday, April 24, 2022 in the church from 11:00 am till time of service at 11:30 am. Judith is survived by her son Jeffrey DeBoard and his wife Christina of Centralia; two grandchildren: Cassandra Hill and husband Shawn of Centralia and Corinne DeBoard; one brother: Robert Zimmermann and wife Lola of Hoffman; one brother-in-law: Clifford DeBoard of Rockford, IL; and several nieces and nephews.

Judith was born November 30, 1942 in Centralia, the daughter of William and Elizabeth (Adams) Zimmermann. She married Cleo DeBoard on July 30, 1966 in the Trinity Lutheran Church of Hoffman. He preceded her in death on May 20, 1993. Judith was preceded in death by her husband: Cleo DeBoard; parents: William and Elizabeth Zimmermann; three brothers: James Zimmermann, Richard Zimmermann, and Larry Zimmermann in infancy; two sisters: Jackie Thalman and Joyce Zimmermann; father and mother-in-law: Ora and Suzie DeBoard; and two brothers-in-law: Walter Zimmermann and Carl Thalman.
