The driver of a car that reportedly just waved at and refused to stop for Alma Police also called 911 to tell the dispatcher to instruct the officer to shut off his siren because he had not done anything wrong.
While speeds in the chase were never excessive, the pursuit continued all the way from Alma to Farina where the Alma officer suspended the chase and the man was able to get away.
If located, the man is expected to face several traffic citations in connection with the Thursday afternoon incident.
