Both the driver and passenger were arrested on felony drug charges following a traffic stop on State Route 161 near the Mt. Moriah Road east of Centralia early Wednesday night.
The driver, 51-year-old Bruce Naurt of Baseline Road in Walnut Hill, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
The passenger, 52-year-old Allen Phillips of North Elm in Centralia, was arrested by State Police for possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest, and on a Marion County traffic warrant.
Both were taken to the Marion County Jail.
