The South Central Cougars opened up their prep baseball season with a dominant 25-0 win over Cisne on the road in just 3 innings.

The Cougars blasted 5 home runs in the game including 2 from Aiden Dodson and one each from Chase Dodson, Sebastian Cowger and Hunter Cripe hit a grand slam.  The Cougars blasted out 19 hits to just one for Cisne.  Aiden Dodson, Cowger and Cripe combined to drive in 14 as 10 Cougar hitters drove in runs.

SC had the start of their season postponed as they team was quarantined but showed no sign of rust.

The win is victory #789 in coach Curt Jones career and for the school they are 11 wins shy of 1000 since consolidation in the 89-90 school year.
