Two people were sentenced to probation after entering guilty pleas in Marion County Court to felony drug charges.
30-year-old Kirbi Rinehart of Bob White Drive in Salem was sentenced to two years probation and 30 hours of public service work after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of a controlled substance for possessing a pill containing fentanyl.
34-year-old Eddie Myers of Gilmore Street in Wamac received a two-year first offender probation after admitting to possession of the drug DMT. In addition, Myers was ordered to complete 30 hours of public service work. Both Rinehart and Myers were also ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation with treatment and random testing.
