State Police say three teens were killed in a car-truck crash on the Bluff Road in Monroe County southwest of St. Louis Tuesday afternoon.
Preliminary investigative details indicate a car driven by 18-year-old Joshua Moat of St. Louis struck the rear passenger side of a truck as it was turning. Moat and two passengers in his car, 13 and 15-year-old girls from Dupo, were killed in the crash. The driver of the truck from St. Louis escaped injury.
The roadway was closed for about six hours during the investigation.
