There will be an Electronics Recycling Drive at Salem Community High School this spring.
One of the Co-Sponsors of the Green Team, Drew Johnson, says the drive has been set for Friday morning, April 23rd, from eight am to noon to coincide with Earth Day which is celebrated that week.
The Green Team will be able to accept small electrical appliance as well as old computer monitors and TVs that don’t have the tubes in the back. Unlike past years, they will not be able to accept used ink cartridges.
Those who would like to bring items to dispose of are asked to drive into the rear parking lot of the school where students will be available to help you unload.
The Recycling Drive had to be canceled last year due to COVID-19 that resulted in the high school being on full remote learning.
