The KC Blue Angels volleyball team will play in the Midwest District Tournament semifinals Friday in Ottumwa, Iowa. The 20-1 Blue Angels will take on Indian Hills at 1pm. KC enters riding a 17 game winning streak. The winner will play for a trip to the National Tournament Friday at 5pm against the first game winner at 11am between Missouri-West Plains and Wabash Valley.
Play in Council Bluffs, Iowa for a trip to nationals, the first semifinal tomorrow at 11 will be Iowa Western and John A Logan. The 2nd semifinal is Vincennes and Mineral Area.
The KC Baseball team back in action today at Frontier College for a double header starting at noon while the softball team hosts Wabash Valley for two starting at 2pm.
