Three people were taken to the hospital for treatment following a two-vehicle crash early Friday night on Richview Road at the Boyd Lane intersection.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies say a car driven by a 17-year-old female juvenile from Centralia pulled from the stop sign on Boyd Lane and crashed into a westbound pickup on Richview Road driven by 44-year-old Susan Demond of North Hart Lane in Centralia.
Both drivers along with a passenger in the juvenile’s car, 18-year-old Sydnee Hensley of Lincoln Boulevard in Centralia, were injured. The juvenile had to be extricated by the Jefferson County Fire Protection District.
The juvenile was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.
