A 22-year-old Centralia man was arrested for domestic battery and possession of methamphetamine after Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a fight at his residence. Lucas Bone of Community Beach Road was also arrested on a Marion County failure to appear warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Bond on the warrant is set at $5,000.
Salem Police arrested 23-year-old Ashley Watkins of South Rotan Street in Salem for alleged battery after they were called to a fight at the Coaches Corner in the 100 block of West Main Street. Police report the altercation had largely broken up before their arrival, but Watkins was identified as the person mostly behind starting the incident. Watkins was taken to the Marion County Jail where she later posted a $150 bond and was released.
50-year-old Chad Felton of North Beech in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police for alleged domestic battery.
Three others were brought to the Marion County Jail on outstanding warrants. 50-year-old Henry Hughes of South Marion in Centralia is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond on a Marion County felony domestic battery warrant. 34-year-old Cody Thompson of South Pine in Centralia was arrested by Salem Police on an outstanding Marion County felony warrant in a possession of controlled substance case. He was released after posting a $300 bond. 26-year-old Eric Marshall of Poplar Street in Centralia was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant in a pending domestic battery case and was released after posting $350 cash.
A 17-year-old Sandoval male juvenile was arrested on multiple charges after an alleged domestic dispute and later vehicle chase early Sunday morning. The juvenile had already reportedly fled the domestic disturbance before police arrived. Central City Police attempted to stop his vehicle after spotting it entering Central City. The juvenile allegedly fled back north into Sandoval where the chase later ended. The juvenile is accused of resisting a peace officer, reckless driving, domestic battery, and criminal damage to government-supported property. The 17-year-old was later released pending further court action in the case.
