Salem Grad Riley Martin has had a fantastic post-Salem baseball career. It was punctuated yesterday as Martin earned the win over the University of Southern Indiana. Martin struckout 16 in his 8 innings of work as he only gave up 5 hits and 1 earned run. The 16 strikeouts allowed Riley to become the all-time leader in strikeouts in Quincy Hawk history. Riley recorded his final out of the night by covering home and tagging out the possible tying run in the 8th. Martin could also finish as with the most wins in Hawks history before this season is over.
