The Illinois Department of Public Health reports four million COVID-19 vaccinations have now been given statewide with the 96,332 doses administered on Sunday.
There have now been 9,907 shots given in Marion County with 3,739 fully vaccinate. The seven-day average for doses administered in Marion County is 277 a day.
The state reported 1,484 new confirmed and probable cases of coronavirus disease on Sunday. There were 19 additional deaths. None were in South Central Illinois, but single deaths were reported in Jersey, Jackson, St. Clair, and Williamson Counties.
The statewide seven-day positivity rate is at 2.2-percent.
