The City of Salem has announced the spring leaf vacuum schedule.
The leaf vac will begin operation on Monday, March 29th for two weeks. The city will do its best to follow the regular trash pickup schedule.
The city asks that you rake leaves to the curbside and not place them in the street or ditches. They also request no limbs, trash or debris be in the leaves that can cause problems for the leaf vacuums.
