The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats opened their basketball season last night with a 60-10 victory at Sandoval. Emma Gregg poured in 21 and Lilly Blagoue added 16 in the victory. Jordan Kessler and Hannah Smith added 8 each. Amaiya Ray led Sandoval with 6.
In the JV game, 6th grader Brylee “Money” Pennypacker was just that as she finished with 13 points in her first JV game to lead Salem to a 41-5 victory. Addy Lever finished with 12.
Selmaville opened with a 51-3 victory over Odin. Natalie Lee finished with 11 to lead Selmaville; Lauren Burge added 10 and Maci Thorsen finished with 9 along with Kale Benjamin who added 12 rebounds.
