The Franklin Park Bobcats open up the Class L regional’s in Salem tonight when they take on Casey Mt Vernon. The Bobcats have dropped 5 straight since starting 4-1 and enter tonight’s game at 4-6 in coach Ethan Maxey’s first year with the team. Game time tonight from Franklin Park begins at 5:30 with the 2nd game of the night featuring Centralia and Hamilton County at 7pm. The winners will play for the regional title on Thursday night.
Last night in Class S at Spring Garden, Summersville eliminated Kell 65-10 and will take on Mt Vernon St Mary on Thursday in the first semifinal followed by Field and the hosts.
Iuka opened up the post season with a 70-28 victory over Odin. The Pirates had 3 scoring over 20 led by Ayden Rose with 29, Kam’Ron Hilton added 21 and Luke Anderson 20.
Raccoon will host their regional tomorrow as they host Willow Grove followed by Centralia St Mary/New Horizon and Irvington/North Wamac.
Today at Altamont Lutheran, the hosts take on St Peter at 6pm.
