The Franklin Park Middle School canned food drive has surpassed its goal. Principal Tyler Lux says due to COVID-19 restrictions, the students and staff collected cash donations instead of cans of food for the Salem Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry.
The drive ended with $4,200. The goal had been $2,500.
Franklin Park officials are thanking all area businesses and community members that supported the Franklin Park Canned Food Drive.
