A 40-year-old Odin man has pleaded guilty to possession of under five grams of methamphetamine. Ricky McIntosh of North Everett was placed on two years probation, given credit for two days served in jail, and ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dropped as part of the plea.
Meanwhile, bond was set at $2,500 after a 25-year-old rural Kell man was formally charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Zachery Higgins of Morton Road was arrested following a Monday traffic stop by Centralia Police. The public defender was appointed to represent him. Higgins is also being held on a no-bond Washington County warrant for failure to return from furlough.
