The Franklin Park volleyball team has won their first 6 matches to start the season. They beat Selmaville over the weekend 25-20, 25-20. The JV is also 6-0 after their straight sets win. Salem also beat Patoka on Friday night 25-18, 25-11. The JV won their match in 3 sets. Salem will finish up their regular season today at home with Kell before hosting regional’s tomorrow.
Selmaville hosted Odin Thursday night for their 8th grade night winning 25-5, 25-7 behind 12 points from Natalie Lee. In the loss to Franklin Park, Lauren Burge finished with 10 points. The JV won over Odin behind 24 points from Morgan Kurwicki and she had 10 points in the JV loss to Salem.
