The Centralia Orphans moved to 5-0 with their 61-27 win over Belleville Althoff last night at Trout Arena. The win was Coach Lee Bennett’s 300th at Centralia High School and #676 overall. The Orphans had 10 different players score including Koby Wilmoth with 19. Bennett is in his 14th season at Centralia and is 300-and-102 overall. Centralia will host Carbondale on Friday.
The Salem Wildcats are scheduled to host Carlyle tonight, weather permitting. If it is played I will have the call with The Legend Bill Hawley around 7:30 on WJBD and WJBDradio.com.
The Lady Cats are scheduled to play at Carlyle. That game will not be broadcast. Salem is trying to get to 4-0 in the Cahokia Conference as they enter at 3-1 overall.
