The KC Blue Angels dropped their GRAC matchup last night to Wabash Valley 104-52. Janiah Newell scored 18 to lead KC, Kyra Duncan added 11 and Nyah Ford had 10 first half points for the Blue Angels but sat in the 2nd half with a lower leg injury she’s been trying to come back from all season. Je’Naiya Davis had 20 for the Warriors, Cierra Christian added 17, Ball State signee Jazmyn Turner finished with 16 while D’Nae Wilson put in 11 and Nyre Williams 10. The Blue Angels are 1-4 overall and 0-2 in the GRAC as they travel to SWIC on Monday.
The Blue Devils take their 4-1 record and 1-1 conference mark to their home game this afternoon with SWIC. KC beat the Blue Storm in Belleville earlier this year.
