A 39-year-old Centralia man has been charged with a felony offense of defrauding a drug and alcohol screening test.
Jason Peters of South Maple is accused in the charge of knowingly and unlawfully attempting to defeat a drug or alcohol screening test by substitution of another urine sample.
The charge is a Class Four Felony with a minimum fine of $1,000. Bond was set at $15,000 on all charges pending against Peters. He had the public defender appointed to represent him.
Peters was arrested Tuesday afternoon by Salem Police at the Marion County Probation Office.
