A 23-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to three and a half years in prison after pleading guilty in Marion County Court to unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon.
D’Angela Fleener of East Rasback admitted to having 50 bullets in his possession during a stop by Centralia Police. Because Fleener had a prior weapons conviction and was on parole, the judge was mandated to sentence him to between three and 14 years in prison.
Once he is out of prison, Fleener will have to complete two years of parole and given credit for 25 days served in the Marion County Jail.
