A 34-year-old rural Kell man is being held in the Marion County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond after being arrested on a failure to appear warrant on pending residential burglary and theft charges.
Beau Morton of Morton Lane was taken into custody by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies when he was discovered at a home in the 1200 block of Spruce Street in Salem where they were investigating another case.
A 19-year-old homeless Centralia man, Dakota Day, remains in custody after being arrested on a Marion County failure to appear warrant on a pending domestic battery charge. Bond on the
warrant is set at $2,000.
