A 21-year-old homeless man has been charged with felony domestic battery in connection with an incident where he allegedly punched a family member in the nose. The charge against Dylan Branon was a felony due to a prior domestic battery conviction in Jefferson County.
38-year-old Julie McPhail of Cody Road in Centralia was charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly striking a man in the face with her hand. She was given a notice to appear in court for March 22nd.
