A 64-year-old Sandoval man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to a misdemeanor domestic battery charge in exchange for an aggravated battery charge being dropped.
Kenneth Lewis of South Maple admitted to pulling the hair of a female over 60.
He was placed on two years conditional discharge and ordered to have no contact with the victim.
