WJBD and WSIQ Radio are currently accepting applications for part-time board operators and those interested in news and sports gathering as well as on-air anchoring. These positions are perfect for qualified applicants to get broadcast and journalism experience.
Board Operators will operate live radio control board and studio equipment for live remote broadcasts, sports broadcasts, and other events.
For news and sports reporting, you will need strong writing skills, the ability to process digital recordings, and an understanding of how government work. Those who have Word Press and digital design skills get extra points.
