A 24-year-old Kell man has been sentenced to three years in prison after his probation was revoked on a 2015 conviction for delivery of a meth precursor.
Chalin Carpenter of Foxville Road was also ordered to complete two years of parole after being released from prison and given credit for 139 days also served in the Marion County Jail.
The revocation was based on a new charge of felony obstructing justice filed in Jefferson County Court in 2019.
