Most federal, state, county, and some local government offices are closed. That includes area courthouses and Centralia City Hall.
Salem City Hall is open Monday. Garbage pickup in Salem and Centralia will be on the regular schedule all week.
Schools and financial institutions are also closed Monday and there will be no home mail delivery.
