A 38-year-old Kinmundy man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to charges of criminal damage to government supported property and domestic battery.
Kyle Julius of O’Leary Road was placed on two years second chance probation, alcohol or drug evaluation and treatment, attend the Men’s Challenging Violence Program, and ordered to have no contact with the victim of the domestic battery.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Julius allegedly resisted being handcuffed and attempted to run after being taken into custody in December on the domestic battery charge. Later while being transported to the Marion County Jail, he allegedly damaged a rear window of a squad car.
