A 24-year-old Salem woman was arrested on drug charges by Centralia Police following a traffic stop Sunday night. Amber Tolliver of South Franklin is being held in the Marion County Jail for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe.
A 50-year-old Centralia man was transferred from the Clinton County Jail to Marion County on several outstanding warrants. Howard Howell of West Kerr is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond on a Marion County failure to appear warrant on pending charges of possession of methamphetamine and obstructing justice. In addition, he is in custody on outstanding Madison and Randolph County failure to appear in court warrants.
