A 31-year-old Salem man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to entering an occupied home without permission.
Jerrad Middleton of England Road admitted to a charge of felony criminal trespass to a residence. He was placed on two years probation and given credit for 46 days served in jail. Middleton was also ordered to undergo alcohol and drug treatment.
Middleton was charged with entering a home in the 400 block of South Franklin in Salem in June after being warned earlier not to return. He had left the home by the time Salem Police arrived and reportedly got into an altercation when they attempted to search him.
