A 25-year-old Mt. Vernon man was arrested on weapons and cannabis charges following a traffic stop by Salem Police Monday night. Dominique Robinson of Castleton Street is being held in the Marion County Jail for alleged unlawful use of a weapon, possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis with intent to deliver. Salem Police say Robinson allegedly had a loaded gun in the vehicle. They also allegedly found 33 grams of cannabis in three baggies along with five empty baggies.
A 25-year-old Salem man has turned himself in on an outstanding Marion County failure to appear warrant on pending home invasion charges. Devon Gibbs of North College remains in the Marion County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond.
21-year-old Dylan Branon of Richmond Heights Mobile Home Park in Central City was arrested by Wamac Police for alleged domestic battery. He was taken to the Marion County Jail.
