A 48-year-old Odin woman was formally charged in Marion County Court Monday with misdemeanor aggravated assault after allegedly chasing a man while armed with a knife and threatening to kill him.
Bond was set at $3,000 for Catriece Abdullah of North Merritt Street. Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say they were called after Abdullah had allegedly chased the man along several Odin streets early Sunday morning. The man was not injured.
If released on bond, Abdullah was ordered to have no contact with the victim. The public defender was appointed to represent her.
