Barbara Stoker, 71, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 3:00 pm December 26, 2021 at Countryside Manor in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Barbara was of the Baptist faith and worked as a CNA for many years.There will be no services held.

In addition to her loving husband of forty-two years, Barbara is survived by her nephew, Allan Marcum of Ashley, Illinois; and nieces, Sue Marcum of Fairview Heights, Illinois, Kelli Lawrence, Krisit Marcum, Nancy Marcum all of Mount Vernon, Illinois.
She was born August 6, 1950 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to the late Kelly and Williama (Cursa) Marcum. Barbara married James Stoker on March 23, 1979 in Mount Vernon, Illinois. In addition to his parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her brothers, Roger, Henry, Larry Marcum; sister, Diane Marcum; uncle, Ronnie Marcum; and niece, Robin Marcum.
