Santa took time out from his duties over the weekend to visit with kids of all ages outside the Bryan Bennett Library.
Santa normally sits with the kids inside, but this year with COVID-19 Santa and his helpers stayed outside and greeted the kids as they drove by on Elm Street outside the library.
“They are wanting things like skateboards, and baby dolls, and barbie dolls and xboxes. I don’t know how I’m going to fit all that in my bags but we are going to try our very best. You have a merry Christmas.”
Santa’s helpers delivered bags of goodies to all the kids with the use of long candy canes. 98 kids in all drove by for a visit.
