A 39-year-old Salem man was arrested for burglary and felony theft following an investigation by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
Eric DeWitt of Julia Drive is accused of a November 25th burglary to a barn on Devore Farms in rural Kell.
Sheriff’s investigators say an investigation led to DeWitt as a suspect. A search warrant was executed at his home and the stolen items that included tools and motors were allegedly recovered.
Deputies say the investigation into the case is still open.
