The Bryan Bennett Library in Salem plans to bring Christmas cheer to area youngsters and young-at-heart with a drive-through event on Saturday, December 19th.
Santa and his elves will greet passing visitors in their cars from 11 am to two pm on the south side of the building along Elm Street side of the Library.
To enter the route, turn at Broadway onto Elm Street and proceed west past the Library. Santa’s special Department of Emergency Management elves will be at the Library to offer guidance when needed.
Santa has equipped his Bryan-Bennett helpers with a gift bag for each child. Bags will be handed out while supplies last.
There is no fee to participate. No preregistration is required. Everyone is asked to stay in their vehicle during their visit.
