Margaret “Jodie” (Wilmoth) Fair, 77, of Sandoval passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. Jodie was blessed to have had Jesus in her heart from childhood and loved serving her precious Lord and Savior. She was a faithful member of the First Pentecostal Churches of Sandoval and Salem and truly loved her church families. Jodie was a cheerful and helpful wife and mother, always at the ready to tackle any task that needed to be taken care of, whether in her family’s home or with the dairy cows on their farm. She was a loyal Sandoval Blackhawks fan and could be found in the bleachers cheering their basketball team on to victory. Jodie had a green thumb and grew beautiful gardens, sharing their bounty with family and friends. She had a heart for animals and liked to spoil her pet goat, Sophie with treats. She loved and supported her family with all her heart, making sure to rejoice with them in their victories and comfort them in their time of need. Jodie led a life of generosity and unconditional love that her loved ones will carry on for her.
