Jane Ellen Reeves, 72, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 8:00 am November 30, 2020 at her home. Jane worked as a sales associate for Lowes and was a member of Connexion Church. She is dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
A Private Service will be held. Inurnment will be held at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Following the CDC and NFDA regulations, we encourage everyone to wear a mask. Jane is survived by her son, Brent Wittenbrink and wife, Felicia of Mount Vernon; two grandchildren, Julian Woolever and Lilian Woolever; and sister, Sherry Cutler and husband, Walter of Mount Vernon.
She was born October 4, 1948 in Mount Vernon to the late Howard Wesley and Betty Ruth (Darnell) Metten. Jane was first married to Vernon Wittenbrink. She later married Ronald “Ron” G. Reeves on September 18, 2006 and he preceded her in death on January 23, 2019. In addition to her parents and husband, Jane was preceded in death by her stepfather, Glenn Soloman.
