SC Senior Chase Dodson has signed his letter of intent to continue his baseball career next year at John A Logan. Dodson’s Cougars finished 18-4 this fall.
Dodson hit .456 in 22 games which led the team. He was also the team leader in runs with 33, RBI 33, 9 home runs, 9 doubles and 31 hits. He also slugged 1.044 and had an OPS of 1.628.
On the mound the right hander was 4-1 with a 3.47 ERA. He struck out 68 and walked just 21 in 36.1 innings.
