The South Central 14u Storm won a pair of games on Sunday. They opened with an 11-3 win over the Rapid Fire. SC scored 10 runs in the first two innings to put the game away early. Abi Shuler tripled and drove in 3 while scoring 3 runs. Lauren Johnson doubled and drove in a run along with Rhyan Fiscus, Payton Campos and KK Swift. Johnson was the winning pitcher going 2 innings allowing 3 hits and 1 earned run. Kenna Roley worked the final 1.1 innings.
In the 2nd game, SC earned a 10-3 victory over the Southern Illiana Sharks. Shuler doubled as part of her 2-hit game and scored twice with a RBI. Fiscus drove in 3 runs with Kylie Nalewajka adding the other RBI. Ella Watwood was the complete game winner allowing 6 hits 3 runs but none earned with 3 strikeouts.
